Day After thoughts and notes

The first thing that strikes me now that Lt. Kerry has conceded is how many days until the contenders in the Democrat Party begin the dance for position in the next Presidential election cycle? I think it’s safe to assume that at the moment Mrs. Clinton is the front runner and my view is that no one should take the lady lightly.

Watch for these things to happen.

1. Hillary will begin to move to the right of center over the next year or so. She will become hawkish on the war on terror and maybe even support the administration on issues that go against the grain of normal opposition politics.

2. Watch for Hillary to become a big supporter and sponsor of all things military. This includes legislation and appropriations for the war on terror and new efforts to take care of the wounded and families of those KIA.

3. She will become more strident with foreign governments that have not supported us in the Iraqi intervention and just may pick a fight with the French.

4. I would not be surprised to se Hillary jump in and work with President Bush on Social Security and or Medi-Care reform. She will endeavor to patch up the boondoggle of national healthcare during her husband’s administration. There is a lot to be gained in the South and Southwest by reaching across the aisle and working with Bush.

5. And watch closely if Mrs. Clinton doesn’t subtly and ingeniously begin to attack the Main Stream Media. She is smart enough to know that the biggest loser in this last campaign was CBS and the New York Times.

The bottom line is that Mrs. Clinton is a lot smarter than the main line republicans are going to want to admit. She works hard and is politically savvy as hell. She is also living with probably the best rock star politician in my lifetime.

So—how have some loving liberals reacted to Ohio putting the President over the top?

These are some actual e-mails sent to the Ohio community by caring, loving liberal democrats:

Love for Ohio by caring loving liberal democrats

I am so disgusted with the political and social landscape of Ohio. Your state is full of racist, intolerant, very low class, inbred hicks. As a young, sophisticated, well-educated, professional colored guy, I have experienced more ignorance, racism and xenophobia in Ohio than most other areas above the mason-dixon line. I have also experienced a considerable amount of subtle and blatant job discrimination in Ohio. I bet that my vote probably wasn't even counted in my precinct, which is in a western suburb of Cleveland. I strongly regret moving to Ohio few months ago. Therefore, I will be relocating back to a more progressive state very soon and will not be spending anymore of my hard-earned money in your culturally backward fucking state. Also, Ohio women are a bunch of ugly, closed-minded, sexually-repressed white trash bitches.
****************

Are you people stupid? How can your stupid state give Bush 20 electoral votes? You are a disgrace to this country, because of you we are all going to suffer 4 years of living hell. You are so stupid you don't realize the consequences of what's going to happen to this great land: unemployement, terrorist atacks, higher taxes, bye bye civil rights.. The whole world is laughing at us in disbelief of the stupidity of the people of your state.

Why is it that only states with well educated people vote democrat? Is it a coincidence that MA, NY, NJ, CT, CA, ME, VT, NH vote democrat? Aren't all the good schools in the country in those states?

You fucking idiots still think you are important enough that a terrorist might attack your sorry ass state.

You get what you deserve, enjoy the next 4 years.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAH

See my post from yesterday you dumb fucks. I told you Ohio would be the next Florida. What’s wrong someone fuck with your ballet. Made you stand in line till your feat hurt. Did someone give you a piece of blank paper and told you to write down the name of the guy you want for President. And they said it would count. Did the CHAD stick in the hole. DUMB FUCKING ASSHOLES.

At least in FLORIDA we know why FLORIDA went for BUSHHOG. THE FUCKING ELECTRIC CHEAT MACHINES THAT HAVE THE ABILITY TO CHANGE AND MINIPULATE THE VOTE. HEEEELP.

I HATE THIS COUNTRY AND ALL REPUBLICANS SHOULD DIE. They will soon. Do I hear Iraq Calling your kids. Give them a bible and a rubber and tell them to have fun.

Ah yes, the patry of love and compassion.

By the way—has anyone heard from Michael Moore since Kerry threw in the towel?

Under the heading of “Who give a Shit!

The health of the father of modern terrorism is seriously deteriorating, and the French have put him into intensive care.

The health of Palestinian Authority Chairman Yasser Arafat seriously deteriorated Wednesday night.

He was placed in an intensive-care unit at the French military hospital where he is being treated.

Arafat was flown to France for treatment last Friday after his health worsened.

And this:

RODGER MORROW: "First President Bush was misunderestimated.

Now he has been unredefeated."

(ya gotta love it)

And now a message from one of the “AssHat” Liberal Weenies:

Asshat Eric Alterman:

**”Let’s face it. It’s not Kerry’s fault. It’s not Nader’s fault (this time). It’s not the media’s fault (though they do bear a heavy responsibility for much of what ails our political system). It’s not “our” fault either. The problem is just this: Slightly more than half of the citizens of this country simply do not care about what those of us in the “reality-based community” say or believe about anything.”**

Don’t you just love the logic of the left?

And now some of the losers in this last election:

Losers

-- The terrorists who now have to face another four years of Bush and don't get the breather that Kerry would have given them.

-- The mainstream media that damaged their credibility with "memogate" and the phony "missing explosives story" all in an effort to help someone who lost.

-- Terry McAuliffe who has now led the Dems to two disastrous defeats in 2002 and 2004.

-- Iran and North Korea who were obviously hoping for lenient treatment & sweet deals from a Kerry administration just shot snake eyes.

-- Old Europe which was looking forward to a neutered "Kerry America" just got four more years of a man they really don't like.

-- Advocates of gay marriage who saw it voted down everywhere it came up for vote.

-- Bill Clinton who isn't going to take Kofi Annan's job as long as George Bush is in the White House.

-- The people doing the exit polling. How did it bomb out so badly?

-- Zogby, who went out of his way to tell everyone that Bush has no chance of winning this election and predicted a big victory for Kerry. That's the 2nd election in a row that Zogby stunk it up worse than any other major pollster.

Cheers:
