Would anyone out there like to venture a guess as to what the number one name for newborn boys is in Great Britain is? Nope, it's not Winston. And it's not John, Paul, George or Ringo either. It's Mohammed. I was in England in 2008. When I stepped out of the Underground and walked into daylight near my hotel I was completely blown away by the numbers of women in burkas.
